Aerobics is an active type of physical exercise done to music. For an aerobics class there is an instructor who guides the participants on how to go about the class for it to be organised and move rhythmically. Of course, here there are participants of different levels of fitness and in order to accommodate them all the instructor may decide to start from the basics to advanced levels while the participants also try their best to catch up from one level to another.
